La ruée vers l'or

Ten brave prospectors embark in a thrilling journey from Montreal to Skagway, Alaska, and all the way to Dawson City, Yukon. Here they hope to find the ultimate prize: gold.

For a duration of three months, they will have to portage 1000 kilometres and navigate 800 kilomètre on rafts, with 5000 lbs of equipment on their backs. With limited road access and contact with civilization, these prospectors will test their limits like never before.

Narrated by renowned historian Georges-Hébert Germain, this authentic adventure throws us back into the late 19th century, right in the heart of the Klondike. Will these modern prospectors find the courage and motivation necessary to do as the 10 000 French Canadians once did? In La ruée vers l’or, a legendary feat unfolds before our very eyes.
